At OOFOS, we want you to experience the recovery technology of our footwear with total confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately upon completion.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn or trial-tested OOFOS in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
